** Fees are subject to 13% HST and include transportation from Toronto, baggage handling, meals, housing, tuck, all activities and trips, laundry and camp T-shirt.

Registering for Camp Solelim is a three-part process. Campers will only be enrolled once all three components - application, deposit and forms - have been received. 

Step 1: Complete an Application

When applications open, click on the APPLY button on our website. New families will be instructed to create an account on CampMinder, our online registration platform. If you have a child who was a camper at Solelim before, you can log back into your existing account (please use the "retrieve my password" link if you forget your password!). 

Step 2: Pay Your Deposit

We accept payment by etransfer and by credit card (subject to 2% processing fee). Once you have completed your application, you will receive instructions on paying your deposit. Remember to check your junk mail if you do not see the inbox in your account!

Step 3: Complete Your Forms

Sign back into your CampMinder account and complete the Health Form and Code of Conduct/Waiver in the Forms and Documents section. 

Payments

Camp fees are paid as follows:

  • Deposit due with application

  • 50% of balance due by January 15th

  • Balance of fees due by April 15th

Two and five instalment plans are available. All camp fees must be paid in full by June 15th.

Cancellation Policy 

For applications cancelled before January 1st, all payments, less the registration fee, will be refunded.

For cancellations received between January 1st and February 28th, the full deposit will be forfeited.

For cancellations received between March 1st and May 31st, the cancellation penalty is $2,500.

If a cancellation is received after June 1st, the family will be responsible for 100% of camp fees.

 

Scholarships

Families can apply for a Solelim scholarship through the UJA Community Scholarships portal. As scholarships are awarded based on need. Applications are due in December and families are notified about their allocations in January. Families must complete their online registration first to be considered for financial aid. 

Discounts

Families with more than one camper will receive a $100 sibling discount for each camper after the first registration.
