Cancellation Policy
CAMP SOLELIM 2008
1. This application is to be accompanied by a $600.00 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the application is cancelled or the camper withdraws for any reason following confirmation of the camper's acceptance.
2. The balance of the camp fees shall be paid as follows:
(a) $600.00 with completed application
(b) $1000.00 by January 1,2008
(c) Balance by April 1, 2008
3. If the camper withdraws or his/her application is cancelled for any reason after March 1,2008 and prior to May 1,2008 an additional $600.00 will be forfeited to the camp.
4. If a camper withdraws for any reason after May 1,2008, then the entire camp fee shall be forfeited save and except in the circumstances of a medical emergency as certified by an arm's length medical doctor certifying that as a result of the medical emergency the camper will be not able to effectively participate in camp programs (in which case the entire camp fee less $1,200.00 (as set out above) will be returned).
5. If the camper is dismissed from camp as a result of any medical or psychological issue of which was not disclosed on the camps medical forms, none of the camp fee will be refunded.
